How it works:
Employees will go through an intensive two-week training. They will then work on-site at United Way of King County for a four-month period and work as fundraisers and community spokespersons for our annual campaign. At the end of the campaign, employees return to their companies with new and enhanced skills.*
*Please note that companies are responsible for their loaned employees' meals at LE training ($50), parking ($600) and mileage ($300).
Can't spare an employee?
Your organization can provide sponsorship dollars to underwrite the cost of hiring a talented professional if you can't send one of your employees for the Loaned Executive Program. The full sponsorship amount is $14,000 and covers salary, taxes, local travel expenses, training and supplies.
