  This session brings a child development expert to your workplace to talk about typical and atypical child development and to give you ideas on how to boost your child's motor, language and cognitive skills.

Can You Spare any Change? Responsible ways to help people experiencing homelessness
  Join us for an informative, engaging conversation about responsible ways you can help people experiencing homelessness in our community. In this session you will learn about the causes, costs and solutions for ending homelessness in our community.
Strengthening the Community Lunch & Learn sessions
Caring for Older Adults
Caring for Older Family Members
  This session helps you to recognize signs and symptoms that may indicate an older person is in need of help. We'll talk about the resources available to older people and their caregivers and how to secure them.
Memory Loss
  Learn how to distinguish between normal age-related memory changes in a loved one and the signs of dementia including Alzheimer's disease, at this session. You will also learn about risk factors for developing Alzheimer's disease and other dementias and some ways to reduce this risk.
Staying Healthy
  In this session you will learn ways to help older family members stay healthy throughout the aging process.
Disaster Preparedness
In Case of Emergency: Strategies to prepare you for disasters
  At this session you will learn simple things you can do along with basic response skills to prepare you and your family for most emergencies.

Connecting to Volunteerism: How to find your perfect match
  Learn how to effectively search for the perfect individual, family or group volunteer opportunity and the best ways that you can get involved with your organization of choice.
The Ins and Outs of Volunteering on a Nonprofit Board
  Build your leadership skills by volunteering on a nonprofit board. This session will introduce you to the primary roles, responsibilities and rewards of serving on nonprofit boards.
