Outstanding Employee Volunteer Program

HomeStreet Bank

Kathy Williams from HomeStreet Bank

During HomeStreet Bank's 85-year history, it has encouraged and supported employee community service and leadership. HomeStreet organizes group volunteering projects on weekdays and weekends with a variety of organizations and activities in every community it serves. Here in King County, HomeStreet Bank employees regularly participate in United Way of King County's Day of Caring. Volunteerism is a key part of the bank's business plan. Through the HomeStreet Community Partner Volunteer Grant Program, HomeStreet supports the community by donating $250 to each organization where an employee volunteers their own time during the year. It is obvious that HomeStreet Bank is serious about its commitment to making a difference in our community.
