Project registration for United Way of King County’s
Day of Caring has opened for organizations interested in hosting a team of
volunteers on Friday, September 21, 2007. This is a great chance to connect
with volunteers from all over King County. You’ll have the opportunity to
promote what you do to change the community for the better and also get them
to lend a hand and help you with immediate needs.

Can I link my volunteer opportunities listed with
United Way of King County to my organization’s webpage so I only have to
update my listing in one place?
YES! Here’s how:
- Log in to your agency profile - you will be on
your Overview page
- Scroll down until you see a heading of links that
say General Administration
- You should see a link that says, “Link Your
Listing”, click on the link
- The next page will have a sample of what different
links look like and the HTML code that would provide that link.
- Copy the HTML code and get it to your webmaster
who will create a link on your website to advertise your listings.
