AVAILABLE TO UWKC AGENCY GRANTEES ONLY
(FUNDED DURING FY2007-2008)
APPLICATION DEADLINE IS MARCH 17, 2008.

Please complete one application and United Way of King County staff will submit the required information to each campaign headquarters by the deadline dates. This will save your agency from having to submit several applications. 

1. Look-up what forms are needed from your agency.
2. Download the forms you need.
3. Submit the necessary number of copies of each attachment as requested on the 2008 Application form.
4. Clearly label in the top right corner of each attachment with corresponding letter found in the application or the website. Please do this on each of the 3 copies submitted.
5. Do not submit coversheets for each attachment.
6. Review the most common omissions that cause agencies to be denied.
7. Mail your application to:
