Where can I find details about how much has been pledged to my agency and by whom?
A donor list, including donor name, address, (unless anonymous), company (if applicable) and pledge amount, is sent to each agency after United Way of King County has been able to process all of the pledges for the campaign, usually around March. If more donor detail is needed, please e-mail customerservice@uwkc.org

What are the program/branch payout restrictions?
United Way of King County has a designation payout policy of paying to agencies holding the 501(c)(3) status. Parent agencies will receive all funds for related programs and branches. Included will be a payment report, identifying allocations by program and branch.

If you have further questions, please e-mail customerservice@uwkc.org.

What does a negative payout amount on the payment report mean?
If a designation adjustment or gift amount adjustment is processed after a payout has been made, the funds will be taken from future payments to that same agency and itemized as a negative. Many times the overall amount is not negative and a check is included. If the overall amount is also negative, there will be no check with the report but a note stating that the amount will be taken from future payments. If the overall negative is greater than $500, a refund request is automatically printed on the bottom.

Please e-mail customerservice@uwkc.org if you need more information about a negative payout amount on your payment report.
