Draw objects that all are the same color. For example, draw an apple, fire truck and stop light to show things that are red. Ask your child to draw favorite animals and the sounds they make Use fruit or other objects to help kids learn numbers. Tell a story about your child's favorite food. Write about some things that start with the first letter of your child's name. Create a story that shows the difference between objects of different colors, shapes and sizes. Have your child explain her waking up or bedtime routine.
