Increase Employee Engagement

Creating a culture of philanthropy in your organization can pay off in many ways. First and most important, it benefits the community. Additionally, engaged companies do better at recruiting and retaining employees, and see greater loyalty from customers.

You can foster a philanthropic culture in many ways. Having a workplace giving campaign is great, of course—also think about getting your employees out for group volunteering. Or think about staging a briefing or “lunch ‘n learn” where people can deepen their understanding of community issues.
