In the fourteen years that Project LEAD has been working to expand the involvement of people of color on boards and committees, 687 individuals have graduated from the program. More than 70% of the participants have gone on to share the leadership skills and knowledge gained in the program with specific community organizations. Today, the list of organizations that have benefited from the expertise of Project LEAD graduates has grown to over 400.

Congratulations to our 2007 graduates!
