Calling all handy Emerging Leaders! We’re partnering with the Downtown Emergency Center (DESC) for some good old-fashioned building beautification. DESC has been providing emergency shelter for vulnerable adults – especially those living with behavioral health disorders and chronic homelessness – since 1979. The organization has grown with Seattle’s needs and now also offers an array of clinical services and other support.
As we all know, it’s hard enough to keep one tiny apartment clean for a weekend, much less keep an entire building spiffy for 35+ years! That’s why Emerging Leaders will be lending a hand to paint, fix, and otherwise spruce up DESC. Before you dig out those paintbrushes, click here to snag your spot.
