If you would like your gift to be recorded in the calendar year 2026, please keep the following information in mind:
New Online Credit Card Gifts
New gifts should be made on United Way’s website or your workplace campaign site no later than 11:59 pm on December 31st.
Payments by Credit Card
Please email donations@uwkc.org and leave your name and callback number by noon on December 31st. A team member will return your call to obtain credit card and gift information.
Personal or Business Check
Checks must be dated and postmarked no later than December 31st. Mail checks to United Way of King County, Attn: Financial Operations, 720 Second Avenue, Seattle, WA 98104-1702. (We are a hybrid workplace, and drop-off services are not available at our office.)
Stock Gift
Stock must be transferred and received in the United Way of King County stock account no later than end of market day on December 30th. Please initiate your stock transaction 10-15 business days before December 30th to ensure it is received by the last business day of the year. For more information, please call (206) 461-5046 and a Major Gifts team member will return your call. (We are a hybrid workplace, and drop-off services are not available at our office.)
Electronic Fund Transfer
Funds must be transferred and received in the United Way of King County bank account no later than the end of business day on December 31st. For more information, please email donations@uwkc.org.
