Public policy affects all facets of Seattle life, from the number of buses that run your route to work to the number of people sleeping unsheltered every night. It takes a lot to create – or change – policy, but one of the most important ways to do so is to make your voice heard! Lobby Day gives everyone the chance to reach their legislators about issues they truly care about.
We’ll be preparing information packets for Lobby Day advocates, as well as thank you bags for advocates and legislators. Join us to get ready for the day, learn a bit more about what it means to lobby, and maybe even volunteer to make your own voice heard on Lobby Day on 2/23!
