Join us on December 15 for a monthly volunteer opportunity to support Wellspring Family Services. Wellspring Family Services exists to to end family homelessness by preventing it before it happens and intervening early when it does.
- We will help Wellspring bring holiday cheer in their Family Store, which provides free essentials to families experiencing, or at risk of experiencing homelessness.
- We will be wrapping holidays toys, create cheerful cards to go in the gifts, unboxing deliveries and donations, and organizing holiday gifts to go to children in families experiencing housing instability.
- Volunteers will be helping Wellspring with their greatest needs this holiday season! Tasks you can expect: wrapping holidays toys, sorting through: clothing, toys, and books to families experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness.
Donations: Volunteers are welcome to bring donations with them. You can reference our donation guidelines, and our current greatest need is diapers sizes 3-6 and pull ups of all sizes.
This opportunity is hosted by young professionals and all are welcome! By participating you will receive similar opportunities emailed to you bimonthly. Each opportunity supports United Way of King County’s mission to create racially just communities where all people have homes, students graduate, and families are financially stable.
You will need to wear masks and show proof of vaccination to participate in this opportunity.
