United Way of King County CEO Search Committee

After more than 18 years leading United Way of King County through a period of transformation, Jon Fine announced his retirement earlier this year. He will remain in his role while the Board works to find his replacement.

Carol Nelson, United Way Board member and Key Bank Seattle Market President, is leading the CEO Search committee, comprised of eight United Way Board members.

Executive search firm Spencer Stuart is leading the recruitment efforts and has begun meeting with the leadership team, staff, community members and donors to inform the search.
