Join former Seahawks star Doug Baldwin and United Way of King County for the first Annual Community BBQ at Renton Memorial Stadium

WHAT: Doug Baldwin and United Way of King County are hosting the first Annual Community Barbecue
WHEN: on June 18, from 11 AM to 3 PM.
WHERE: Renton Memorial Stadium, 405 Logan Ave N, Renton, WA 98057
WHY: The last two years of pandemic restrictions and lock downs have kept many of us away from one another for too long and has had a profound effect on our young people, especially those youth farthest from opportunity. We see this as an early summer coming-out party, an open invitation for families and neighbors across the region to get outside, get reconnected and begin to heal and recover from the struggles we’ve faced throughout the pandemic.
We are planning a stadium full of happy people enjoying delicious barbeque (and other amazing food and treats), bouncy houses and other giant inflatables, obstacle courses, music, photo booths, and other fun-filled activities for people of all ages! There’ll be something for everybody to enjoy!
The event will be held rain or shine and offers free parking ADA accessibility. Plates are available right now. Come join United Way and communities throughout King County in a summer event you won’t want to miss!
