A basic pair of shoes is something most of us take for granted. And yet, it’s a luxury for many around us.
Join us for our biggest Emerging Leaders volunteering project of the year. Our annual Day of Caring project where we bring together 100 young professionals for a day of service. We’re partnering with Redeeming Soles to help them provide footwear to people experiencing homelessness. Volunteers are needed to clean, sort and prepare shoes for distribution to organizations that serve the homeless population across King County.
And if being part of the largest Emerging Leaders project isn’t enough… every volunteer will get a free ticket to our Night Out for Caring event on September 21st at Safeco ($40 General Admission). Fabulous food, drinks, music and fun with a few thousand do-gooders like you. You’ll also have the chance to meet local celebrities, have plenty of instagrammable moments (like singing karaoke in Macklemore’s Cadillac) and celebrate all the awesome things going on in our community.
