If you’ve been paying attention to politics, media, or young up-and-coming stars, you’re no stranger to our next Emerging Leaders Speaker Series presenter, Brady Walkinshaw.
Brady is the CEO of the Seattle-based Grist media (Grist.org), the leading national environmental media organization. He is also a former State Legislator, and served two terms representing central Seattle, championing housing, mental health, environmental, and criminal justice reforms. Before joining the Legislature, Brady spent five years at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation working on food and agriculture in developing countries.
In this upcoming Speaker Series, Brady will share his career insights, advice for young professionals, and his passion for doing good in the community.
