My journey with United Way of King County began through Project LEAD 2025, where I deepened my commitment to equity-centered leadership and nonprofit impact. That experience sparked a lasting connection, and I’m excited to carry that momentum forward as part of the Emerging Leaders 365 Committee.

Fun Fact: I’m originally from Hong Kong, where the weather (and lifestyle!) didn’t exactly encourage outdoor adventures.

I strongly believe that if everyone gave back a small percentage of the help they’ve received in their own life the world would be an incredible place. I’m so excited to be a part of United Way’s mission to meet our community where they are to provide the resources and support they need, and hope to have you join us!

Nonprofits helped carry me when I was homeless and so many others through some of life’s most challenging seasons. I’ve seen what’s possible when community shows up with compassion and consistency. Serving with Emerging Leaders is my way of turning gratitude into action, because anyone can make a difference, and everyone should try.
