Connect for Good - Fighting Homelessness

Feb 20 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
United Way King County Building
720 Second Avenue, Seattle, 98104

Take your volunteering and community engagement up a notch with our Connect for Good opportunities.

Do you have questions about why people are homeless? What our community is doing about the issue? What’s working, what’s already been tried and what isn’t working? Our next Connect for Good opportunity will give you the chance to get answers to all those questions (and more) so that you can understand contributing factors as well as solutions that are moving people safely into permanent homes.

Over three weeks (and just three sessions) you’ll learn a ton about the issue of homelessness in King County—including contributing factors and solutions that are working. We’ll also cover how to engage your networks in the fight to end homelessness and then volunteer as a group at the Community Resource Exchange where you’ll get to directly help people experiencing homelessness.

Sessions will be held on Feb. 20, 27 and March 13. Sign up now.
