In support of Friends of Youth’s work to end youth homelessness, United Way of King County provides over half a million dollars to benefit Friends of Youth’s overnight shelter, transitional housing programs, street outreach, clinical services for youth and the implementation of the National Safe Place program for runaway youth.
Since Spring is just around the corner, we’re helping Friends of Youth prepare the garden beds around their overnight youth shelter (the only one on the Eastside!) for planting. Join us for a very fun opportunity to break out the gardening gloves for a great cause.
