Mary’s Place is a leading voice for homeless women, children, and families in emergency situations. They empower families to reclaim their lives by offering community, acceptance, hope and dignity. Mary’s Place keeps struggling families together and provides practical tools and resources that help them find housing and employment.
Mary’s Place needs your help to keep their North Seattle Family Center running smoothly!
Tasks for the day may include:
- Donations Support – Help sort new donations, organize our stock room, and re-stock our Mary’s Marketplace & Hygiene Mart
- Deep Cleaning – Help wipe down kids club to keep our kiddos from getting sick, vacuum the hallways, or other tasks to keep our shelter clean and welcoming
- Yard Work – We’re on 4.2 acres and need some help maintaining the space. This includes sweeping off walkways, pulling weeds, trimming back blackberry bushes, and more!
