House Bill 1508 includes and supports “Breakfast After the Bell," a United Way program which gives kids in high-need schools food where and when it matters. Schools where at least 70% of students are eligible for free or reduced-price meals would be required to offer breakfast after the start of the school day. Read Article

EARNing for a Stable Future

The EARN Starter Savings Program is an online tool that encourages saving through cash incentives. Program participants link the EARN platform with their current bank account and commit to saving a minimum of $20 per month for six months. For every month Savers are able to make their savings goal, they will earn $10. Read Article
